Deliveries to the UK: Standard UK Delivery (3 - 7 working days) £2.99. Applied automatically at the checkout.

International deliveries: Standard Worldwide Delivery (5 -12 working days) $15.99

Deliveries are made to the delivery address given at time of order. Customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring accuracy of information provided.

You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that are delayed.

You accept and agree that we will not be held liable for deliveries that go missing. However we will make like for like replacements if a delivery goes missing due to the fault of a 3rd party (i.e. courier) after a sufficient time period has elapsed and after you agree to assist us in any subsequent investigations for compensation from said 3rd party.

We do not deliver to PO Box or hotel addresses.

RETURNS

Returned items must be received within 14-days of delivery for UK orders and within 30 days of receipt for International orders. Please email us to let us know before you return your items and the reason for your return at info@boomfit.co.uk to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.

FOLLOW THIS PROCESS TO RETURN AN ITEM: 

1. Contact us at info@boomfit.co.uk and provide the following information- (1) item(s) to be returned and (2) your order number - this can be found in your order confirmation email or in the PO field on your packing slip. Boomfit customer service representative will then email you a Return Authorization Form.
2. Return original packaging to the address provided in the return form.
3. Quality checking/assessment will take place once the item(s) are received.
4.  Once received and checked you will receive an email (quoting your Returns reference number) which will confirm any further course of action if necessary.
5. We will refund any money received from you equivalent to the full cost of the item(s)  (excluding all applicable shipping charges). Refunds can only be issued using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 7 working days once processed for this to show on your account.

NOTE: For UK returns, you can return via your local post office. We do not yet offer this for free  and this cost will be your responsibility. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.
