Returned items must be received within 14-days of delivery for UK orders and within 30 days of receipt for International orders. If you return an item requesting a refund within 15 to 30 days for UK orders and up to 45 days for international orders of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a gift voucher code for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item valid for 1 year*. This will be locked to your account ready for you to use on your next purchase.
Please email us to let us know before you return your items and the reason for your return at info.boomfit.co.uk to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.
You’re still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier & country you’re returning your item(s) with, it can sometimes take UP TO 21 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags, and in new unused condition. There must be no visible stains, hairs, or odour on the item(s) in order to receive an exchange or refund. Please do your best to try on, handle, and repackage the items with care. If you return an item to us marked with fake tan, makeup, etc we will refuse you an exchange or refund and return the item(s) back to you.
- 01.Contact us at info@boomfit.co.uk and provide the following information- (1) item(s) to be returned and (2) your order number - this can be found in your order confirmation email or in the PO field on your packing slip. BOOMFIT customer service representative will then email you a Return Authorization Form.
- 02.Return original packaging to the address noted below.
- 03.Quality checking/assessment will take place once the item(s) are received
- 04.Once received and checked you will receive an email (quoting your Returns reference number) which will confirm any further course of action if necessary.
- 05.We will refund any money received from you equivalent to the full cost of the item(s) (excluding all applicable shipping charges). Refunds can only be issued using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Refunds can take up to 7 working days once processed for this to show on your account.

For UK returns, you can return via your local post office. We do not yet offer this for free and this cost will be your responsibility. Please note, we recommend sending back your items tracked as we cannot be held liable for any items that fail to reach us.
BOOMFIT takes great pride in our products, all our items are checked for quality purposes before shipping. In the rare event of a damage we will gladly assist you in any possible way and put things back right for you.
Please ensure that all faulty items must be returned to us for quality checking/assessment before we replace or issue a refund.
If you receive a faulty item, please be sure to contact info@boomfit.co.uk and provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt of order.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you're looking to exchange for a different size, colour, or style - we ask that you please place a new order.
We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All items marked “Final Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
